How To Read Our Files
For your convenience, Mousehold Words offers three choices on how to read your files: as a link to our site, as an inline HTML email, or as an ebook attachment.
Reading in HTML Format
The simplest option is to read your serial parts in HTML format, in a web browser or in your email client. Follow the link below to see what a serial part looks like in html format:
We can either send you an email in HTML format, which will be displayed properly by most email clients, or we can send you a link to this web site, where you can read your parts in any web browser.
Reading ePub Files
We can also send your parts as ePub file attachments, which can be read in most e-reader software. This is our recommended solution for the optimal reading experience. Follow the link below to see what a serial part looks like in ePub format:
Not all computers or devices come with an ebook reader installed. Here are a few suggestions:
iPhone or iPad
On iPhone or iPad, you can read our ePub files with Apple's iBooks application. Simply tap on the attachment in your email (you may have to tap once first to load the attachment) and choose "Open in iBooks," or "Open in..." followed by "iBooks". Your serial part will open on your device.
Desktop Computers and Android Devices
There are a number of applications that allow you to read ePub files on your desktop computer or Android phone or tablet:
- Adobe Digital Editions for Macintosh and Windows computers
- Sony Reader for Windows, iOS, and Android
We have not been able to test these on all devices; please let us know if you encounter a problem or have any other suggestions, or if you know of a good e-reader with ePub support for Linux devices.
Currently, Amazon Kindle devices and applications cannot read ePub standard files. Other eBook hardware may be able to. If you are successful in reading our files on your eBook reader, please let us know what you use so that we can add this information to our site.
